Pike's Place Market in Seattle is touristy and for good reason. IT IS A FABULOUS PLACE! If one wants to take photos of characters of all types this is the place. There are also restaurants, fresh salmon being tossed around, fresh vegetables, fresh flowers, etc., etc. Not to mention the market sits above Puget Sound where the ferry boats come in. This man was part of a group of street musicians who were really good.
