When I learned I was going to Haiti for a goodwill trip via the Ex NBA Players Association I looked up the school where we would be housed during our stay. This young girl on the school website caught my attention and I started the painting prior to leaving. I had hoped to meet her but she had graduated. The finished painting will go up for auction to benefit the Lamardelle School.
